These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Roazt app ("Roazt", "the app"). By downloading or using Roazt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Roazt is a personal money-tracking app that runs entirely on your device. It helps you record expenses and delivers humorous, personalized commentary ("roasts") about your spending. Roazt is for entertainment and personal-organization purposes only.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Roazt on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
Roazt offers a free tier and premium access via two options:
Auto-renewal terms: the monthly subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies; we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or tamper with it except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Roazt stores your data on your device. You are responsible for your device, your backups, and safeguarding your information. See our Privacy Policy for details. We cannot recover data for you because we never receive it.
Roazt's roasts are automated, generic, and intended as light-hearted humor about spending habits. They are not personal judgments about you. If you find the content unsuitable, switch to Gentle tone or stop using the feature.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that text-recognition results will be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for verifying any figures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roazt and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. These Terms are between you and Roazt only.
